As a learning and development generalist at PwC you will focus on designing and delivering innovative training programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge. You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organisation.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Learning and Development team you support the creation of innovative learning solutions that meet business needs. As a Senior Associate you analyze complex problems mentor junior team members and maintain the quality of deliverables while building meaningful client relationships. This role offers the chance to enhance your professional brand and deepen your technical skills in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement innovative learning solutions

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs

- Analyze feedback to enhance learning programs

- Facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops

- Mentor junior team members in instructional design

- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives

- Utilize various technologies to support learning delivery

- Maintain alignment with organizational goals and standards

What You Must Have

- Masters Degree

- 4 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Demonstrating skills in instructional design and content development

- Skilled in virtual delivery platforms and digital tools
