This is a rare opportunity to step into a key support role within Strykers Visualisation business in Brisbane home to our next-generation 1788 surgical camera platform and a suite of additional marketleading products including monitors scopes and software that are built to elevate surgical decisionmaking. Explore the 1788 Platform:
youll do
Support growth: Partner with Territory Managers to help deliver revenue share and mix targets through strategic field activity and customer support.
Own the room (and the theatre): Build credibility with surgeons executives and nursing teams; provide intheatre support and product expertise that elevates the surgical experience.
Collaborate internally: Work closely with Clinical Marketing Service and adjacent Stryker divisions to deliver seamless customer outcomes.
Solve commercially: Assist in building tailored solutions (including financing options) that unlock customer value and accelerate adoption.
What youll bring
Requirements
- 12 years experience in B2B sales with evidence of drive and the ability to grow in competitive markets
- Strong commercial acumen and comfort working with numbers
- Clear confident communication skills across varied stakeholders
- High learning agility with the ability to present influence and support complex customer engagements
Preferred
- Experience in Medical Device Pharma Scientific or broader health sales
- Understanding of Australias public and private hospital dynamics
