Position Overview
A large high-acuity acute care hospital in Las Vegas NV is seeking an experienced Director of Case Management to provide enterprise-level leadership for hospital-wide case management operations. This role oversees care coordination discharge planning regulatory compliance and resource utilization across the organization while driving quality outcomes and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership for Case Management Social Work and Chaplain services
Direct daily operations including staffing models productivity performance metrics and regulatory compliance
Ensure effective care coordination and discharge planning with accurate and timely documentation
Lead performance improvement initiatives utilizing data analytics and outcome measurements
Collaborate with executive leadership physicians finance legal and compliance teams
Manage departmental resources to meet quality throughput and financial performance objectives
Maintain compliance with organizational policies regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
Support interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure continuity of care across the healthcare continuum
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree Required
Masters Degree in Nursing Health Administration or Business Administration Preferred
Active Registered Nurse (RN) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) license Required
3 years of acute care hospital case management experience Required
2 years of case management leadership experience Required
