Job Summary
Introduction
Duties & Responsibilities
* Development of the systems will be done with the input of civil and mechanical engineers.
* Testing diagnosing and modifying systems to ensure that they operate reliably
* Self-development skills to keep up to date with fast-changing trends.
* Design responsive user interfaces using Bootstrap jQuery HTML5 and web standards.
* Knowledge of relational database systems (SQL) and query optimisation
* Full stack web developer
* Basic understanding of statistics machine learning and artificial neural networks.
* Capability to work with data from local sources (offline) and online sources which will be displayed on a website to be developed
* Understanding of hierarchical user access control and levels of information
* Able to develop striking graphical display of analyses outcomes
* Capability to develop communication and reporting systems - automatic user alarms PDF reports & notifications (WhatsApp messages bots emails etc.)
* Understanding of App development and related programming will be advantageous ((utilise Flutter framework to develop hybrid mobile applications

Desired Experience & Qualification
BIT or BSc in Computer Science preferable
Minimum 2 years experience
Professional experience with in production environments
Experience with web-based GIS & mapping
