Role Summary
TheWeb Developer (Funnels & Conversion Systems)is responsible forbuildingmaintaining andoptimizinghigh-performing websites and funnel experiences that supportSilverFunnels growth strategies.
This role bridges marketing strategy and technical execution ensuring websites are fast scalable conversion-focused and tightly integrated with CMS data and automation tools. The Web Developer works closely with marketing and growth teams to translate funnel strategy into reliable high-impact web implementations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website & Funnel Development
Build andmaintainwebsites landing pages and funnel components that support structured customer journeys.
Translate funnel strategy UX requirements and messaging into scalable web solutions.
Develop reusable components templates and layoutsoptimizedfor conversion.
Support multi-step user flows across pages forms and content systems.
2. Platforms & CMS Management
Build and customize websites usingWebflowandWordPress.
Implement and manage CMS-driven architectures and dynamic content.
UseAirtableas a lightweight backend or data layer whereappropriate.
Maintain clean organized CMS structures that support marketing and content teams.
3. Performance Quality & Optimisation
Optimisewebsites for speed performance accessibility and SEO fundamentals.
Ensure clean maintainable HTML CSS and JavaScript.
Identifyand resolve performance bottlenecks and technical debt.
Support A/B testing experimentation and rapid iteration.
4. Marketing & Growth Enablement
Collaborate closely with marketing and growth teams to support funnel execution.
Implement tracking analytics and conversion events accurately.
Support rapid landing page builds updates and experiments.
Ensure websites can scale reliably with traffic and campaign demand.
5. Platform Integration & QA
Integrate websites with CRM email analytics and automation platforms.
Test andvalidatedata flow between forms CMS and downstream systems.
Maintain documentation for web structures integrations and components.
Ensure quality consistency and reliability across environments.
Weekly and Monthly Outputs
Weekly
Deliver or update funnel pages landing pages or CMS components.
Perform QA performance checks and minor optimizations.
Support active campaigns and experiments.
Monthly
Implement performance or structural improvements.
Refactor or enhance reusable components and templates.
Contribute to documentation and best practices for web delivery.
Qualifications
Required:
4 years of professional web development experience.
Strong hands-on experience withWebflowandWordPress.
Experience building CMS-driven and content-rich websites.
Proven ability to buildhigh-performing conversion-focused websites.
Solid understanding of HTML CSS and JavaScript.
Experience integrating third-party tools forms and data sources.
Strong attention to detail and performance.
Preferred:
Experience usingAirtableas a backend or integration layer.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM integrations.
Experience supporting funnel-based or direct-response websites.
Experience implementing analytics tagging and experimentation tools.
Comfort using AI-assisted development tools.
Experience working in remote or distributed teams.
