Test Automation Lead – C#

We are currently searching for a Test Automation Lead C#:

Responsibilities

• Design write and execute manual test cases including exploratory and regression testing.
• Develop maintain and execute automated test scripts for UI and APIs using Selenium and Page Object Model with C#.
• Identify log track and validate defects using bug tracking tools preferably Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate closely with developers product managers and designers within Agile/Scrum teams to ensure quality delivery.
• Actively participate in Daily Stand-Ups Sprint Planning PI Planning and test planning activities.
• Define test strategies and continuously improve QA processes and automation frameworks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive test plans test cases and test reports.
• Act as a bridge between QA and other teams to accelerate issue resolution and delivery timelines.
• Identify risks proactively and apply solution-oriented critical thinking to ensure product quality.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 56 years of hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong experience in test automation using C# Selenium and Page Object Model.
• Experience testing UI and APIs including automated and manual approaches.
• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Postman.
• Experience with defect tracking tools preferably Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience working with Microsoft web technology stack especially C#.

Desired

• Experience with Microsoft Azure ecosystem including Azure DevOps Visual Studio Copilot and Azure Application Insights.
• Previous experience in a QA Lead or Feature QA Lead role.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
