Job Summary

The Credit Analyst will be responsible for the credit adjudication of incoming new accounts plus the review of existing accounts and work order releases.



Key Responsibilities:

Maintain relationships with the business to ensure mitigated risk on incoming and existing accounts
Identifying escalation opportunities to ensure integrity of credit limits
Maintain the accuracy of the information retained for those customers terms customer defined
Organization and assistance with external audit requirements
Seeks new ideas to improve efficiency in completing own work
Read and interrupt various credit reporting tools
Bankruptcy files
Comply with all company policies procedures and directives from management

Knowledge Skills Abilities and Competencies:

3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance financial analysis or related fields
Strong attention to detail and ability to flow through financial transactions
Able to support on a tight schedule and provide timely analysis of results
Must possess a desire to effect change and make a difference in the organization
Able to generate superior financial information (including agency reporting)
Handle ambiguity and excel in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
Superior communication and teamwork skills
Excellent computer literacy covering operational and Microsoft office suite with an intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
Some periodic overtime is expected during busy seasons
Bilingual in French & English considered an asset
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field of study an asset
