WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Learn our proven sales process from experienced managers and mentors
• Assist customers in finding the right vehicle for their needs and budget
• Present vehicle features conduct test drives and explain available options
• Learn how to structure and present numbers professionally
• Build relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after the sale
• Work with management finance and service teams to create a smooth buying experience

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Strong communication and people skills
• Friendly outgoing personality
• Willingness to learn and take coaching
• Motivated by goals and income opportunities
• Customer service retail hospitality or phone experience is a plus
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
