The Role: Business Development Manager

Were seeking an ambitious and commercially focused Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and build lasting client relationships.

This is a consultative sales role where youll engage with senior decision-makers uncover operational challenges and present tailored IT solutions that deliver real business value. Its an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional looking to accelerate their career within the IT sector and make a genuine impact.

Key Responsibilities: Business Development Manager

  • Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach
  • Build manage and maintain a strong and active sales pipeline
  • Qualify leads and support wider business development initiatives
  • Develop and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client needs and recommend tailored IT solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from initial engagement through to deal closure

About You: Business Development Manager

  • Proven experience in B2B sales business development or lead generation
  • Target-driven resilient and highly self-motivated
  • Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using CRM systems and modern sales tools
  • Ambitious eager to learn and comfortable working in a fast-paced high-performance environment
