Job Description:
- Provide on-site technical support guidance and product promotions defense-related customers.
- Conduct customer visits to gather feedback provide demonstrations and understand client needs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to offer tailored technical solutions during pre-sales with a strong focus on design-in and achieving design wins.
- Assist in demand creation and lead generation by identifying opportunities and engaging potential defense sector clients.
- Deliver product training sessions for defense sector clients.
- Stay updated on emerging defense technologies and industry standards.
- Document technical issues and solutions according to defense sector regulations.
