Position Overview:â
Our ImmigrationâConsultantsare responsible forhelping corporations and private clients successfully complete the relevant immigration process so that theyare able tolive and work around the world.â They develop a strong service relationship with clients upon contact to ensure that each case is handled expediently accurately and consistent with global standards. âA key part of the role is to liaise directly with clients understanding their situation and ensuring theâappropriate solutions. OurâConsultantsâuse their commercial and professionalâexpertiseâto provide prompt high quality tailoredâadviceâand guidance based on individual client needs. We help ensure clients obtain the relevant visas work permits visa extensions settlement and passport and nationality papers in a smooth and stress-free manner.â

Key Responsibilities:â
- Carrying outâvolumeâcasework for assigned countries including case initiation case assessment provision of advice on applicable rules and procedures caseâpreparationâand submissionâmonitoringâprogress and follow up on completion.â
- Acts asâdedicatedâpoint of contact to clients providing highly personalized services that meet client needs.âTakesâownership of clientârelationshipâand provides clients with informed advice that reflects best practices and compliance.â Conducts regular review of accountsâassistsâwith training for corporate clientsâ
- Works closely and seamlessly with Network Partner/Attorney where applicable to support client needs within casework to coordinate strategy hold assessment and introductory calls review materials and case product align on processing and case updatesâ
- Monitoring application deadlines and completing assigned work within theâappropriate timeframes.â
- Using sound judgement in assessing client risk and escalating potential issues to senior managementâin a timely manner.â
- Taking care to consider alternatives and deliveringâappropriate decisionsâwith minimal senior management involvement.â
- Monitoring visa expiry dates and alerting the client appropriately.â
- Ensuring that theâappropriate clientârecords areâestablishedâand maintained and that key correspondence and documentation are saved into theâclientâe-file.â
- Ensuring that all work undertaken is in scope is billed promptly on completion and thatâadditionalâfees are agreed in advance forâadditionalâ Ensuring that use of the corporate credit card is recorded inâan accurateâandâtimelyâfashion and within the associated case where applicable. Listens intently to theâclientâneeds to ensure that these needs are met andâanticipatingâcustomer needs offeringpro-activeadvice.âRemainingâupdated on industry events/circumstances that may be relevant to the client.â
- Communicating regularly with clients to build a strong relationship while focusing on business needs and ensuring that client service review meetings are held regularly with formal agendas and presentationsâ
- Attend client meetings telephone & video conferences/ webinars asââ
- Identifyingâpursuingâand generating new business leads ensuring that work is profitable.â
- Using exceptional organizational skills to meet or exceed customer expectations (including where SLAs are in place). Responding to email and telephone enquiriesâin a timely mannerâand ensuring that advice is comprehensive andâaccurate managing expectations where needed and escalating issues promptly and appropriately.â
- Utilizing resources and researching complex cases/scenarios.â
- Recommending improvements in work proceduresâpoliciesâor systems inâareaâof assigned responsibility.â
- Ensuring the client receivesâappropriate newsâupdates and alerts.â
- Personal involvement with seminars webinars internal and external networkingâeventsââ
- Guiding and training junior team members inâidentifyingâand assessing client risk.â
- Other duties as assigned.â

Required Qualifications:â
- Bachelors degree in a related field.â
- PreviousâexperienceâinâImmigrationâdemonstratingâanâunderstanding of Migration Laws is preferable.â
- Speak and write in English proficiently professionally and objectively.â
- Ability to manage time effectively by prioritizingâidentifyingâand addressing criticalâtasksâwhileâremainingâflexible to changing priorities.â
