Job Summary

Principal - E.B. Stanley Middle School

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have successful experience as a teacher. The middle school principal will be responsible for ensuring that every student achieves the academic skills to be successful lifelong learners. The principal will promote a collaborative atmosphere in the school maintain high standards and expectations and support the development of the instructional staff and build relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Preference will be given to those with prior administrative experience. Must hold a Virginia teaching license with the endorsement of Principal or of Administration and Supervision PreK-12. Must work effectively with parents students teachers administrators and the public.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

Term: 12-month (250-day) contract

Salary: Commensurate with education and experience
