Village Pointe Toyota is Looking for a motivated BDC Manager!
Pay is $18-$25 per hr depending on experience
Responsibilities Include
- Oversee all inbound and outbound leads ( phone email chat web).
- Ensure prompt responses and consistent follow-up processes.
- Track leads sources and analyze rates.
Team Leadership
- Hire train and coachBDC representatives on communication and CRM best practices.
- Set clear performance goals ( appointments set show rates conversions).
- Motivate and maintain a positive accountability-driven team culture.
Customer Experience
- Ensure every lead receives exceptional service from first contact.
- Maintain consistency in messaging and tone across all channels.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate feedback to appropriate departments.
Process Optimization
- Create and refine scripts workflows and templates for lead handling.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to align campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor KPIs and report weekly/monthly performance trends.
Technology & CRM
- Manage CRM usage-accuracy of data activity tracking and reporting.
- Leverage automation and analytics tools to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and communication guidelines.
Key Performance Indicators
- Response time to new leads
- Appointment set and show rates
- Outbound Call/email volume
