Lead and manage end-to-end plant operations to achieve customer delivery quality safety and financial performance targets.
Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement disciplined execution and performance management against key metrics.

Implement sustain and continuously improve the Quality Management System in alignment with Emerson standards.
Ensure full compliance with local legal requirements Emerson corporate policies and internal governance standards.
Lead the development implementation and ongoing support of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) programs.
Formulate and execute short- and long-term strategic plans to support business growth and operational sustainability.
Oversee shared service functions across the Nilai campus to ensure effective service delivery and alignment.
Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders customers suppliers and external agencies to support business objectives.

For This Role You Will Need:
Bachelors Degree in Business Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Operations Quality or Manufacturing management.
Proven ability to drive operational performance and deliver customer satisfaction against defined metrics.
Strong capability in developing and executing strategic plans aligned with business objectives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across employees senior leadership customers and suppliers.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Experience leading multi-functional manufacturing teams in a global or matrix organization.
Strong knowledge of Quality EHS and regulatory compliance within a manufacturing environment.
