About the role & where youll beworking
We are currently seeking a full-time Relief Business Support Officer (BSO) to support our current team. Our BSOs supervise the front desk and help create an outstanding first impression to all visitors clients and family members. This role will be based in our Central Office located in Rivervale however you will be required to work and travel across multiple sites to cover leave and assistance as required.
About You:
If youre an experienced Receptionist or Administrator wanting a bit more autonomy and enjoy interacting with people this could be the next role youve been looking for.
To be considered for this role youll need:
- A friendly phone manner & great customer service skills.
- Computer proficiency with MS Office Suite of programs.
- The ability to build positive working relationships.
- Demonstrated time management and prioritisation skills.
- Problem solving skills & initiative.
