As a leading hotel in the luxury market Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to join the Food and Beverage Team at this beautiful property!
This Forbes 5-Star AAA 5-Diamond hotel has 170 rooms 6300 square feet of banquet space and 4 food and beverage outlets. This includes a new Italian Tuscan Steakhouse a rooftop restaurant lobby lounge and in-room dining.

In this role you will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of The Rooftop. You will report directly to the Restaurant General Manager and directly overseeing 55-60 Front of House Team Members.
The ideal candidate must be an exceptional leader with a passion for creating extraordinary experiences a talent for training and developing others and experienced in elevating guest satisfaction. At least 1-2 years of restaurant management experience in an upscale dining environment is required. Experience managing a unionized environment is strongly preferred.
Classification:Full-Time
Shift: Various must be available to work weekdays weekends and holidays.
Pay Rate:The annual salary range for this role is $80000 - $85000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
What will I be doing
As a Food and Beverage Manager you would be responsible for directing and organizing the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service. Specifically this includes but is not limited to:
- Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation.
- Implement effective controls of food beverage and labor costs.
- Ensure compliance with health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
- Help ensure high standards of food and beverage quality service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.
- Interview train supervise counsel schedule and evaluate staff.
