A successful and well-organised 1118 secondary school in Warwickshire is seeking an efficient and people-focused Admissions and Attendance Officer to join its front-facing administrative team from January 2026. The Role
As Admissions and Attendance Officer you will manage key processes that support pupils access to education and daily engagement with school life. Youll work closely with pastoral leaders senior staff and the wider admin team to ensure accurate records and timely communication.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing pupil admissions transitions and leaver processes
Monitoring daily attendance and punctuality records
Following up absences and liaising with families
Producing attendance reports for pastoral and senior leaders
Supporting attendance interventions and statutory returns
