- Shifts: 8pm-8am
- Contracted Hours: 38.5 hours per week working on 3 on 3 off rota OR 33 hours per week working on a flexible rota no set shifts

What will you do as a Night Care Practitioner
Working during nighttime hours you'll play an essential role in ensuring our residents feel safe secure and well cared for. Responsibilities include:
- Personalised night-time care: Assisting residents with personal hygiene dressing and mobility needs.
- Regular monitoring: Conducting checks throughout the night and responding calmly to any concerns.
- Creating a restful environment: Supporting evening routines promoting relaxation and helping residents start the day comfortably.
- Emotional support: Offering reassurance warmth and companionship to residents who may feel unsettled.
- Maintaining standards: Ensuring the home remains clean safe and secure overnight.
- Accurate record-keeping: Documenting observations and incidents for smooth handovers to day staff.
- Team coordination: Working closely with your colleagues to deliver consistent high-quality care.
