• Hourly Rate: *£12.76 per hour
• Shifts: 8pm-8am
• Contracted Hours: 38.5 hours per week working on 3 on 3 off rota OR 33 hours per week working on a flexible rota no set shifts
• *£500 welcome bonus

What will you do as a Night Care Practitioner

Working during nighttime hours you'll play an essential role in ensuring our residents feel safe secure and well cared for. Responsibilities include:

• Personalised night-time care: Assisting residents with personal hygiene dressing and mobility needs.
• Regular monitoring: Conducting checks throughout the night and responding calmly to any concerns.
• Creating a restful environment: Supporting evening routines promoting relaxation and helping residents start the day comfortably.
• Emotional support: Offering reassurance warmth and companionship to residents who may feel unsettled.
• Maintaining standards: Ensuring the home remains clean safe and secure overnight.
• Accurate record-keeping: Documenting observations and incidents for smooth handovers to day staff.
• Team coordination: Working closely with your colleagues to deliver consistent high-quality care.

Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘STREAM’. *Advertised pay rate effective from 1st April 2026. *Welcome bonus paid £250 after three months of employment and £250 paid upon successful completion of six month probation.
