Job Description & Summary

As a Compliance Business Partner within PwC Canadas Business Enablement team you will act as a strategic advisor to business units providing independent compliance guidance oversight and challenge. Operating as a second line within the Firm you will ensure all business units across Lines of Service understand and meet internal and external compliance requirements supporting risk management and business objectives. This role is crucial for translating complex regulatory frameworks into clear actionable guidance driving improvements and enhancing PwCs commitment to integrity and excellence.

This position ensures continuity and upholds our standards of excellence following the departure of a valued team member.

The salary range for this position is $116400 - $166400. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada base salary is determined by your skills experience qualifications and work addition to base salary eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
