Location: Wrocław - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

The opportunity
The Talent (HR) Product Consultant is responsible for leading the deployment of new or changed product solutions for Talent Service Delivery including prioritized AI opportunities as defined by the strategic direction and global Talent prioritization processes. This role will work with the Talent Solutions team and relevant global Talent functions to drive aligned execution of improvements and changes to Talent function process technology and data ensuring outcomes that further Talent strategy and have positive impact on end-user experience and business value.
Your key responsibilities
- Manage endtoend delivery of Talent process technology and service improvements.
- Lead the identification and deployment of new product solutions (across process service delivery technology and data) and improvements in relation to the Talent Service Delivery function
- Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Plan and approve testing cycles (SIT UAT SRT) across Regions and Functions.
- Define and monitor KPIs to track progress and adoption.
- Partner with Talent Delivery Strategic Consultants Product Owners and Analysts to ensure a seamless endtoend delivery journey.
- Ensure process compliance with ISQM and embed required controls.
- Lead SMR teams across Talent and EY Technology.
- Use data insights process mining and employee listening to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support business case development and governance submissions for investment or change requests.
Problem Solving & Decision Making
- Design globally consistent solutions that respect regional differences.
- Prioritize competing stakeholder requests using a logical transparent approach.
- Identify risks and propose ISQMcompliant mitigation strategies.
- Recommend automation and efficiency improvements.
- Reduce duplication across Talent processes tools and frameworks.
Supervision & Collaboration
Supervise internal and external project teams and vendors.
Ensure work aligns with Global Talent standards and expected quality levels.
Work closely with the Talent Product Owner Talent Solutions teams EY Tech Consulting and Enterprise Technology.
Skills & Attributes
Strong knowledge of ISQM Talent processes and EY technology landscape.
