Youll work closely with strategy analytics and creative partners to scale efficient growth while continuously testing learning and improving performance.
What Youll Do
Own day-to-day management of Google Ads accounts including Search Performance Max Demand Gen Display and YouTube
Build launch and optimize campaigns.
Manage budgets pacing spend efficiently against performance goals
Conduct ongoing analysis to identify growth opportunities
Develop testing roadmaps (creative bidding strategies audience expansion landing pages)
Create clear performance narratives and insights for internal stakeholders and clients
Stay ahead of platform updates and best practices translating changes into actionable strategy
Who You Are What Youll Bring
2-4 years of hands-on Google Ads experience Search Performance Max YouTube & Demand Gen
Proven ability to optimize toward business outcomes not just platform metrics
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and action
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities without sacrificing quality
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
Experience in financial services B2B CPG or high-consideration purchases
Exposure to Microsoft Ads MetaReddit Tiktok or programmatic platforms
Experience collaborating with creative teams on ad copy video and landing page strategy
Familiarity with reporting tools (Looker Studio )
