Job Description:
- Design and prototype automated production systems and workflows
- Integrate robotics for material handling fastening and finishing
- Optimise CNC machinery tooling jigs and fixtures
- Improve factory layouts production flow and takt time
- Lead hands-on testing and pilot trials in an R&D environment
- Support integration between production equipment and digital design systems
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 24 years experience in manufacturing automation or process engineering
- Strong CAD/CAM skills (SolidWorks Fusion 360 or similar)
- Experience with PLCs sensors or robotics
- Hands-on problem-solving mindset
Qualification:
- BEng/ BSc in Mechatronics Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Masters advantageous
