Yourclient activities:

  • Managea portfolio of mostly SME clients as well as other smaller clients
  • Will work with the ClientRelationshipDirector to create a strategic growth plan for each client that will focus on maximizing the clients usage of Newland Chases (NC) capabilities (both at the national and global levels as applicable.)
  • Pro-actively seek greater NC/CIBT utilization e.g. Projects Consultations CIBT services group move immigration management seasonal influxes and following up on immigration changes to encourage discussions around NC support as the changes affect their employees.
  • Training of clients as sub users of the Immigo Client Portal
  • Facilitate responding to client enquires as they are directed to ClientRelationshipTeam
  • Identify spend SLA and satisfaction trends for assigned clients and other clients as requested
  • Assists with onboarding implementation and offboarding of clientsas requested
  • Assists team members with project preparation and execution including reporting and presentations
  • Leads other projects as assigned
  • Works closely with Regional ClientRelationshipDirector to provide supportas needed
  • Ensure that allclientspecific processes and procedures are documented in our systems and share them with the supporting teams.

If you have the following skills and competencies we want to talk to you!

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent withtwo-plus years related experience in client service/account management and/or training or equivalent combination of education andexperience.
  • Prior industry experience in travel global mobility or immigration is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to generate clear well-organized writtendocumentationfor an internal and externalaudience
  • Strongproficiencyin all Microsoft Tools
  • Confident in verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter and pro-active team member with a desire to show initiative ownership and commitment to therole.
  • Ability to prioritizeownwork and teams work and take on multipleprojects.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities proven through working on complexprojects.
  • Proven ability to work as part of ateam.
  • Able todemonstratea positive and flexible attitude to work particularly in newinitiatives.

Working Conditions/Location:this position would behybridwith some travelrequired.
