Job Description
What Youll Do
- Process and issue accurate customer invoices; resolve payment discrepancies.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and manage collections for past-due accounts.
- Forecast weekly cash receipts to support financial planning.
- Apply daily cash receipts and reconcile bank transactions.
- Maintain accounting ledgers and perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly aging reports and monitor credit limits.
- Handle intercompany invoicing and reconciliations.
- Support internal and external audits related to Accounts Receivable.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as requested.
What You Need
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general knowledge of ERP/MRP systems required.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- 510 years of experience in Accounts Receivable required.
- Knowledge of government contract accounting and FAR clauses preferred.
- Familiarity with ISO and/or AS9100 standards preferred.

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
