Job Summary

What You Will Do

Process incoming master data requests in line with SLAs policies and guidelines
Maintain and update item master data (creation and changes) with high accuracy
Identify opportunities for process standardization and continuous improvement
Work closely with multiple departments and proactively manage stakeholders
Support SOX controls and maintain strong data quality and compliance standards
Prepare and maintain process and controls documentation
Support audits and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions

What You Need

Around 1 year of professional experience in finance or master data
Fluent written and spoken English
Minimum B2 in German
Bachelors degree
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle JDE) and/or ServiceNow would be an added value
