Purpose of Job
- Act as think tank for senior management; partner closely with commercial leaders to support growth agenda
- Analyze business issues identify growth opportunities and develop business or management solutions
- Drive execution of strategic initiatives (e.g. dashboard updates both process owner and content owner)
What we do Surgery Franchise Strategy and Governance
- Understand with overall larger macroeconomic trends in key markets within the surgery space to drive strategy across organization
- Responsible for coordinating integrating and translating primary secondary competitive customer and industry / environmental insights into growth strategies for all Surgery platforms and regions
- Implement approach to enable decision making and prioritization choices across platforms leveraging data and analytics
- Establish Surgery war room to make recover plan and track status
- Operationalize and drive accountability for rigorous consistent performance management framework and process across platforms and regions (incl. metrics scorecards health of business indicators)
- Deliver framework and actionable plans to ensure best practices (i.e. commercial strategies G2M approaches customer programs etc.) shared
- Build surgery learning plans on business evolution. Run pilots to gain insights and scale up when business model is ready to go
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or above from top universities
- >5 years of working experience in management consulting (leading consulting firms) or corporate strategy function. Familiar with basic consulting skills such as data analysis questioning and interview visualization presentation and workshop moderations etc.
- Strong analytical skills: solid strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to develop analytical frameworks drive the analysis and synthesize multiple perspectives
- Result oriented: able to extract insights and the so-what based on structured analysis and translate analysis into solutions
- High quality of output backed with professional proficiency in PPT and Excel outstanding business English writing skills with logic framework
- Robust business acumen and leadership skills in executing strategic initiatives or driving project implementation
- Strong communication and influencing skills across commercial teams and other stakeholders
Fluent in Mandarin and English
