1基于市场洞察围绕外科业务战略整体规划外科专业教育重点项目并进行内容更新与持续迭代确保项目始终贴合临床发展趋势与外科医生成长需求
2与外科各业务团队充分沟通合作洞察一线业务需求确保专业教育重点项目与市场策略高度契合
3与外科专业教育术式团队区域团队密切协作推进项目在各术科各业务部门各区域高质量落地并根据区域术式发展实际进行项目创新探索
4与专业教育解决方案团队商业教育团队及其他相关团队密切合作探索专业教育新工具与平台在项目中的创新运用
5建立项目运营效果的分析与评估机制对项目运营成果进行系统化提炼并转化为可传播的案例与工具通过专业教育项目持续提升临床医生手术技能
岗位要求
1本科及以上学历临床医药类专业优先
2系统的思维能力及策划能力
3敏锐的市场洞察力良好的沟通协调能力及项目管理能力
4较强的执行力积极主动勇于创新
5较强的演讲及表达能力熟练的计算机应用能力
65年以上工作经历有医疗器械/医药公司相关工作经验医学培训领域经验优先
