Key Responsibilities
Lead the establishment of newanditerationsofexistingpower marketsimulationmodelsusing industryrecognizedtools.
Build andmaintainprocessingscripts(i.e. Python)to automate data handlingtoconnectwithvarious in-housemodels.
Manage the gathering cleaning and organizing of large data sets fromdifferent sourcesand applyadvanced data analysis todrivekey insightsin research.
Apply and adoptcutting-edgedata scienceand statistical methods toproduceadvancedpowerforecast outputs.
Support regional research analysts with quantitative analysis and report writing when needed.
Work with other research teams to sharepractice align data agree on marketfindingsandensure consistencyin client facing deliverables.
Share findings through reports presentations and clientbriefingssupportconsulting projects andbespokestudies when needed.Ensure reports for clients areaccurateand delivered on time and answer any related client questions.
Work withcommercial teamto pursue new business opportunitiestodemonstratepower and renewables servicesand modelling capabilities.

Strong quantitative research skills with the ability to synthesize complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.

Collaborative mindset and experience working in cross-functional teams.
Goodcommunicationskills both written and verbal with the ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
