ResponsibilitiesProvides engineering support for broad system segments or multiple complex applications. Builds custom infrastructure support tools to automate production processes. Investigates evaluates and recommends new systems services and solutions to further customer service and align with business drivers. Monitors and maintains SLA and metrics compliance to ensure customer service levels are met. Identifies and troubleshoots complex user incidents with Windows PCs Macs and corporate or customer systems. Owns key and assigned platforms and systems to manage usage versions and operations.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Diploma or equivalent work experience required. Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Systems Engineering. Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
