Tasks
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The Procurement Manager defines and executes the country procurement strategy to support client supplychain operations and drive sustainable business growth primarily within the Facilities Management (FM) division. The role ensures effective Opex management and a robust national supplychain infrastructure.
Core responsibilities include developing and implementing a marketspecific procurement strategy that delivers on CBRE and client objectives for customer satisfaction P&L performance cost efficiency quality and risk control ESG goals and innovation.
Key Tasks:
- Develop and maintain a fitforpurpose preferred supplier programme and drive category and sourcing strategies that meet financial and operational targets
- Lead supplier relationship management consolidate spend to preferred partners and support supplier engagement onboarding and ESG initiatives
- Drive adoption of procurement systems best practices and CBREs Target Operating Model through stakeholder engagement and training
- Support business development activities including RFPs client pitches and supplychain solution design contributing to CBREs Win/Keep/Grow strategy
- Oversee procurement activities in client mobilizations transitions and renewals to ensure seamless operational performance
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with Operations Finance QHSE Sales and People teams to enhance business maturity and efficiency
- Lead the development succession planning and future growth of the country procurement team
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies governance standards and riskmanagement frameworks while contributing to country and regional leadership initiatives
- Promote supply chain innovation and act as a champion for positive business change and highimpact execution
Requirements
YOUR PROFILE
- Extensive procurement experience with strong knowledge of sourcing supplychain management and ideally hard services/technical FM categories
- Bachelors degree required; advanced studies in Supply Chain or MBA preferred
- Proven ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies and influence stakeholders across a matrix organization
- Strong background in supplier programmes including relationship management performance measurement and spend leverage
- Experience leading teams setting goals developing talent and providing coaching and mentorship
- Solid understanding of facilitiesmanagement service categories (e.g. cleaning maintenance MRO waste security catering)
- Strong negotiation influencing and communication skills with the ability to present compelling business cases to senior leadership
- Knowledge of contract law and supplier terms & conditions
- Leadershipteam experience clientfacing skills and exposure to business development preferred
- Experience with M&A integration and supplychain synergy programmes beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to execute at pace and deliver measurable results
