In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Provide leadership and direct supervision to Support team
Incident Management
Request and Problem Ticket Management
Perform critical resourcing decision based on team availability required tasks Priority to the business
Point of Contact within the Application Support Group
Address Critical Incident Escalation and coordinate with appropriate individuals and/or groups to bring issue to resolution.
Maintain system stability post upgrades
Assume ownership of support for new projects and implementations
Lead relationship callswith business units
Ensure operational KPIs consistently meet defined targets
Foster a collaborative environment where team members propose ideas and initiatives to reduce escalations
Enhance customer engagement while encouraging innovation
Conduct performance evaluations and establish clear goals for team members
Identify and address the skills gaps to meet business units demands
Who You Are:

For This Role You Will Need:
Minimum 6 years Oracle Applications Experience
A proven history of successful People Management experience
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work in a demanding user environment
Extensive knowledge of Oracle E-business suite
Experience with gathering user requirements and understanding and interpreting requirements specifications
Experience with full System Development Life Cycle
Experience in Oracle RDBMS and UNIX
Coding experience in SQL PL/SQL/Oracle Reports and Forms skills.
