Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Junior Developer Intern to join our pharmaceutical IT team focusing on automating business processes using modern platforms. Youll gain hands-on experience designing and deploying automation solutions that support clinical regulatory and enterprise workflows. This role offers exposure to real-world challenges in a regulated environment and the opportunity to collaborate across teams. Ideal candidates are tech-savvy detail-oriented and passionate about healthcare innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy automated workflows using tools like Power Automate or UiPath
- Translate business needs into technical solutions
- Integrate automation with pharma systems (e.g. SharePoint ERP CRM)
- Document workflows and support adoption
- Test and troubleshoot automation scripts
- Identify new automation opportunities
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g. GxP HIPAA)
Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field
- Basic programming skills (Python JavaScript or PowerShell)
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g. Power Automate UiPath)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Interest in healthcare and digital transformation
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to pharma or healthcare IT systems
- Understanding of compliance frameworks (GxP HIPAA GDPR)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms
- Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g. Jira GitHub)
