Your mission

Pierre Fabre Italia is looking for a young talent to join our Operations Team to collaborate in Sales CRM maintenance update and to support in Business Analysis.

Main activities:

CRM

Analysis of sales processes and implementation of commercial conditions for CRM updating
- Interface control from ERP (Dynamix) and
- Updating user profiles in the CRM
- Import and analysis of data in CRM and ERP
- Support in updating territories in CRM and ERP
- Insertion and verification of price list rules in the CRM and ERP
- Unlocking orders in the CRM and ERP
- Interface supervision between Salesforce and MS Dynamix
- Support in order management


Business analyses

- Analyze data from internal or external sources convert it into useful information and make it available in a usable form (report summaries dashboards) in order to support decision-making (Data Driven strategy) generate competitive advantages for the company or improve the performance of the company (Data Business Analyst).
- Create data search algorithms that make it possible to explore a particular domain in depth and to collate inter- domain data to build new visions.
Ensure the standardization of analysis for the most interesting data.
- Understand and review the use of internal and external data
- Select and clean up data sources
- Read and analyze relevant datasets according to pre-established segmentation criteria.
- Feed the sets of indicators (KPI) in line with the analyses
- Automate the display of data in the form of a scorecard
- Review existing models and identify opportunities to improve the analysis.

Internships objective is to enable the Trainee to acquire the basic skills for the proper management and configuration of CRM within a complex commercial organization operating in the target market with various brands.

Professional Skills Acquired at the End of the Internship:

Knowledge and understanding of the dynamics of managing a commercial CRM and Business Analysis.


Who you are

Main requirements:

Knowledge and understanding of the dynamics related to the management of a commercial CRM and an ERP.
Development of the ability to plan ones work.
Understanding of the dynamics of activity planning in relation to the principles of urgency and importance.
Ability to devise solutions to specific problems with development of reactivity.
Key requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Data Analytics or a related field
Minimum knowledge of using CRM platforms
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) with strong data analysis skills
Ability to design CRM solutions automation and analysis
Expertise in data extraction and querying
Written and verbal communication skills
Problem solving
