THE CHALLENGE OF YOUR ROLE

You will join a structured and certified environment contributing to the maintenance and development of the companys Integrated Management System.

As a Quality & Compliance Specialist you will work closely with the Chief Quality Officer supporting the management and continuous improvement of company systems and helping ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

This is an operational yet qualified role requiring a structured approach attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively in a technologically advanced and international environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the CQO in maintaining and continuously improving the Integrated Management System.
  • Contribute to the management of system documentation (drafting updating and controlled distribution).
  • Support the monitoring of compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing system data contributing to reporting and KPI development.
  • Support the organization of internal audits and the preparation of external and certification audits.
  • Contribute to managing relationships with Certification Bodies and to client and supplier qualification processes.
  • Collaborate with internal functions and Group companies.
  • Support internal training activities related to corporate systems.
  • Contribute to the adoption of digital tools for document management and process optimization.

YOUR PROFILE

You have gained experience in Integrated Management Systems and compliance preferably within structured or certified organizations. You are familiar with ISO standards ( 27001 or equivalent) and have a good understanding of internal audit activities and certification processes.

You also have knowledge of regulations related to occupational health and safety and data protection along with experience in document management and in monitoring system performance indicators. You demonstrate strong digital skills and confidence in using tools that support organizational processes; familiarity with automation or Artificial Intelligence solutions is considered a plus.

An excellent proficiency in English both written and spoken enables you to communicate effectively in international contexts.

WHAT IS EXPECTED FROM YOU

You will contribute to the effective management of Integrated Management Systems applying regulatory standards within business processes and supporting audit and compliance activities.

You will collaborate with different business functions facilitating alignment and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and control systems.

Clear and effective communication is essential including the ability to interact confidently in English within an international environment.
