Were looking for a Financial Controller to manage core reporting budgeting and portfolio performance.
How Youll Make an Impact
- Monthly reporting: prepare management reports KPI dashboards and performance summaries for key stakeholders
- Financial analysis control & monitoring: track financial results vs budget/forecast investigate deviations and recommend actions
- Budget control & financial planning: support annual budgeting reforecasting and long-term planning cycles
- Treasury & cash flow planning: Review and consolidate cash flow forecasts to ensure efficient liquidity position among the Groups entities.
- Portfolio accounting & setup: support portfolio reporting structure ensure correct accounting treatment and reconciliation of portfolio data
- Regulatory reporting: support preparation and review of local regulatory reports for specific operating countries
What You Bring to the Table
- Familiarity and experience in the lending industry (consumer lending preferred)
- Strong accounting & regulatory knowledge
- Experience with monthly/quarterly/yearly closing and preparation of management accounts
- Strong understanding of financial controls and internal control environment
- Confident working with large datasets & strong Excel skills (automation tools are an advantage)
- Ability to work in a cross-functional and cross-country environment
- Strong analytical mindset attention to detail and ownership mentality
