Job Summary

As part of our controlling team you will drive commercial topics and business transparency within your area of responsibility. Acting as a business partner to management and operational units you will supportplanning reporting variance analysis and decision-making while continuously improving controlling processes. With a strong interest in technology and digitalization you will help design efficient data-driven solutions that create real business value and enable sound financial steering.

Responsibilities:

Create and analyze complex business cases and investment calculations with the specialist departments
Evaluate and manage customer offers and investment calculations in the sales process at a commercial level
Actively and comprehensively advise management on commercial matters and business management
Develop controlling processes towards standartization and automation
Develop analyses management reports and manage the financial year planning for customers products and management areas
Analyze and evaluate customer orders and cost centers in the period financial statements and manage internal commercial projects

Qualifications:

Successfully completed business studies with several years of practical experience in finance
Experience with ERP and BI systems (e.g. SAP Power BI)
Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
Strong problem-solving skills and outstanding organizational skills
A high degree of empathy the ability to work enthusiastically in a team and also demonstrate a high level of commitment and commercial drive
Excellent verbal and written English language skills: required for communication across our international locations and with international clients
German language skills will be consideret as an advantage.

Monthly gross salary from 2400 to 3100 EUR depending on your level of expertise.
