About the role
Support the execution and lifecycle management of Guarantees Standby Letters of Credit Import & Export Letters of Credit Working Capital solutions Factoring and Supply Chain Finance.
Act as the main operational point of contact for clients post-closing ensuring smooth execution amendments and monitoring of transactions across primary and secondary markets and participate in client meetings as required.
Review transactional and contractual documentation and coordinate internal approvals in line with regulatory risk and compliance requirements.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and offshore operational teams to manage complex cross-border and inter-branch transactions.
Support payments collections portfolio monitoring and operational follow-up linked to GTB activities.
Contribute to reporting transaction monitoring performance tracking and audit documentation.
Support supplier onboarding and ongoing management for Supply Chain Finance programs.
Required Skills and Experience
Proven experience in transaction banking trade finance and guarantees preferably in an international environment.
Strong client orientation attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced regulated and international context.
Fluency in English and Italian is required; Spanish is considered a plus.
A Masters degree in Economics Finance Business Administration.
