Available Roles

Food & Beverage Attendants: Confident moving between bars and dining service in a fast-paced environment delivering friendly and professional service.
Gaming Attendants: Skilled in providing welcoming and responsible service within the gaming room assisting guests and ensuring compliance.
Gaming Supervisors: Experienced in leading a team on shift supporting smooth gaming operations and delivering a high-quality guest experience.

What Were Looking For

A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
Confidence engaging with guests in a professional and friendly manner
Ability to work in a high-volume environment without compromising quality
Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
Flexibility to work across weekdays weekends and public holidays

Essential Requirements

Do Food Safely Certificate & Food Allergens Training
Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
Current Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) Certificate
Current Gaming Licence (For all gaming roles)

*The role you are applying for may be quite fast-paced and require you to complete tasks including but not limited to lifting boxes kegs or stock standing for long periods of time and utilising stairs.
