Job Summary

Profile:Team Leader-Project Finance-Surat-1.25 LPM

Experience:

5-10 years in Project Finance / Debt Syndication is a must
Experience with nationalised & private banks
Handled 50-200 Cr. debt transactions

Salary Range: 1 LPM - 1.25 LPM

Roles:

Lead end-to-end execution of project finance & debt syndication mandates across sectors
Independently manage clients bankers and internal team with minimal supervision
Evaluate project viability and perform detailed financial & credit analysis
Build/review financial models credit notes & information memorandums
Structure financing solutions aligned with client requirements
Manage lender discussions negotiate term sheets & drive deal closures
Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks NBFCs & financial institutions
Work closely with promoters CXOs & senior management on transactions
Mentor analysts & junior team members on execution and financial analysis
Track industry trends regulatory changes & sector developments
Contribute to deal sourcing (added advantage)

Qualification:

CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA - Either of this is mandatory
Strong knowledge of financial modeling project evaluation & credit structuring
