Pi Square Technologies is hiring a Senior Associate SAP OTC-DSD for a global PwC Managed Services engagement.
The role focuses on SAP S/4HANA SD (Order-to-Cash) support with Direct Store Delivery (DSD / LMD / Van Sales) expertise. The candidate will work in a high-paced AMS/Operate environment handling incidents enhancements and client interactions while ensuring SLA adherence.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 SAP SD (OTC) support in a Managed Services environment
Handle incident change and problem management as per SLA
Support DSD / LMD / Van Sales business scenarios
Perform ticket quality reviews RCA and status reporting
Work on S/4HANA OTC processes including Sales Orders Delivery Billing and Settlement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI MM TM)
Mentor junior team members and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions
Participate in client calls audits and operational reviews
Identify improvement opportunities and support POC/POV initiatives

Required Skills

6 years of SAP SD / OTC experience
Strong S/4HANA support experience
Direct Store Delivery (DSD) / LMD / Van Sales exposure
DSD settlement process knowledge
Experience with:
- Business Partner (BP)
- AATP (Advanced ATP)
- Condition Contract Management (CCM)
- BRF Output Management
OTC scenarios:
- MTO MTS Consignment
- Third-Party & Intercompany Sales
- Rebates Credit Management Billing Plans
Strong incident & SLA management experience

Configuration Experience (SAP SD)

Sales Order Management
Pricing procedures & condition techniques
Delivery & Shipment
Billing & Output controls
Credit Management
STO Cash Sales Rush Orders

Preferred Skills

SAP Certification in SD / S/4HANA Sales
Integration experience with SAP TM
Knowledge of IDOC / ALE / EDI (functional)
Tools exposure: ServiceNow Solution Manager Jira HP ALM LSMW
Implementation or rollout experience
