About the Role
Dysons is seeking an ambitious and career minded individual to join the team as a Technical Business Analyst!
In your new role you will help drive improvements in our ERP (Oracle JDE) and play an integral role in our Technology Applications Team.
Reporting to the Applications Insights & Training manager you will be responsible for:
- Providing delivery expertise maintenance and support that ensures the stable operation of the organisations ERP modules
- Maintaining ourstrategic enterprise applications (JD Edwards) and many tactical source applications
- Engaging and collaborating with the core Technology service teams of Operations Solutions and Development
- Product management support and maintenance of applications
- Input into the Technology Roadmap
- Effectively communicating current projects and their status within the Technology group
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure that customer impact is considered while delivering all projects or programs of work
About You
If you have a proven commercial Technical Business Analyst background excellent communication skills and good leadership capabilities this position is for you!
You will also bring:
- Demonstrated experience in working as an SME in functional finance areas
- Experience in major ERP Systems (preferred JD Edwards)
- Strong IT Technical Development and Analysis skills
- Exceptional relationship building and experience with managing key stakeholders
- Ability to work across a complex IT environment
- A passion about building a service delivery culture to Dysons Technology
- Proven ability to translate technical environments into business language
