UX Designer Rapid Experimentation

| Duties/Day to Day Overview | -
- Lead UI/UX design for rapid experimentation initiatives across our Ecommerce site
- Rapidly produce multiple design solutions to support A/B and multivariate testing in a lean agile workflow
- Partner closely with data analysts to translate insights and hypotheses into testable design concepts
- Balance speed with quality ensuring designs are both effective and on-brand
- Contribute to a broader strategic vision for Ecommerce optimization and continuous improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally and clearly communicate design rationale results and learnings
- Help guide and elevate design craft within the experimentation team

| Top Requirements (Must haves) | -
- 6 years of experience in interactive design and user experience
- 3-5 years within the ecommerce domain experience around site optimization and high transaction websites for features like product lists product page checkout etc.
- Deep understanding of what drives Ecommerce KPIs
- Strong visual and interaction design with deep proficiency in Figma
- Experience designing for experimentation CRO or KPI-driven product teams
- Passion for site optimization and experimentation
- Ability to rapidly produce multiple design solutions for experiments
- Comprehensive understanding of UX principles and best practices; able to bring a strong UX POV to the table
- Strategic thinker and ability deliver tactically
- Proven record of impactful optimization improvements
- Strong organizational skills to manage fast-paced schedule and project work
- Able to contribute to a strategic vision for Ecommerce improvements
- Excellent communicator and presenter
