Job Summary:
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) provides nursing care as directed by a Registered Nurse. This includes gathering and reporting patient data carrying out orders and performing therapeutic procedures appropriate for the patients age and condition adhering to established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Gather and report patient data to the RN.
- Carry out physician orders and nursing care plans.
- Perform therapeutic procedures on patients.
- Provide appropriate nursing care as directed by an RN.
- Document patient care and related duties appropriately.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of work.
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum 1 year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of work.
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum 1 year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Prior experience in emergency or critical care environments.
- Experience working with vents/trachs/PICC lines.
- 2 years of experience in direct patient care.
