Job Summary
MISTRAS New Kensington PA facility is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Production Plannerto support all functional areas of data entry filing and assisting with special projects as necessary.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES:
- Enter information from Customer Purchase orders and Quality system into Lab Information Management System
- Proofread paperwork for accuracy
- Use automated system to generate inspection reports from Inspector Provided information
- Update Customer on work progress; resolve Customer issues
- Generate Production Schedule weekly
- Other administrative tasks as needed
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must be local to New Kensington PA
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and general computer applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Data entry experience; Must be able to exhibit fast and accurate data skills
- Experience in records management document control or administrative support is strongly preferred.
- Ability to develop and maintain an efficient filing and record-keeping system.
