Job Summary:
Provides entry-level legal support and administrative services to the Office of Chief Counsel (OCC). This role involvesmaintaininglegal files and records preparing basic legal correspondenceassistingwith meetinglogistics and performing quality checks on project content.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain legal files and records
- Prepare basic legal correspondence
- Assist with meeting logistics
- Perform quality checks on project content
- Provide general administrative support to the legal team
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED 1 yearrelevant experience
- Some college coursework in legal studies or a related field is desirable
- Basic understanding of legal office procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Outlook)
