This is an 11-week paid learning experience during which youll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. What Its Like

Our software engineers develop a wide variety of technologies that change how millions of users connect and interact with one another. As an Intern you will work in small teams to tackle problems as we continue to push technology forward. You will have the opportunity to be a part of team who will impact the customer experience design architecture and implementation of a cutting-edge mobile product used every day by people you know.

What Youll Do

Build new features on

Assist with T-Mobile Security & Stability Initiatives

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with JavaScript and/or Typescript and other web technologies to deliver a performant scalable and responsive platform

  • Build web applications that need to be integrated seamlessly.

  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.

  • Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations

What It Takes

  • Academic or web development experience using JavaScript

  • Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and W3C standards

  • Knowledge of RESTful web services and networking

  • Experience with building responsive application interfaces

  • Able to write maintainable and functionally tested modules preferred

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Must be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program

  • Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships

Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

Intern wages range from $26/hour to $47/hour. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on education/STEM vs non-STEM designation.
