A little about this position:
Administers and oversees all aspects of hotel housekeeping operations including workforce planning employee relations payroll scheduling procurement budgets and common areas .
Collaborate cross-functionally with key departments in hotel to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness excellent customer experience and employee motivation in the most efficient and productive way aligning with departmental financial and guests services goals.
This role requires strong leadership skills a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
A BS degree in Hospitality or relevant experience preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in housekeeping management preferably in a luxury resort or hotel environment.
Proven track record of leading and developing a diverse team.
Leading housekeeping staff of 20 employees or more.
Previous leading housekeeping operations experience preferred.
Possess professional dedication integrity and reliability.
Build strong collaborative relationships with employees management and stakeholders.
Proficiency in delivering results under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Capacity to address issues by applying logical reasoning in conjunction with adherence to hotel policies.
Strong working knowledge of business and housekeeping software with emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.

The salary range for this position is $68640.00 to $73732.50 annually.
