Carinya Lodge is seeking an experienced Deputy Director of Nursing who can demonstrate excellence in Clinical Care Workforce Management and Leadership and the application of the Strengthened Quality Aged Care Standards in a residential setting.

- Clinical and Care Operations
- Workforce Leadership and Capability
- Clinical Systems and Documentation
- Incident Management and Clinical Risk (Operational)
- Compliance and Standards (Operational Accountability)
- Resident Advocacy and Engagement
- Budget and Resource Management

Compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements
Qualifications and Experience (Essential)
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Significant experience in residential aged care (preferably in a Deputy Director Care Manager or other senior leadership role)
- Demonstrated leadership in clinical and care operations
- Strong understanding of the Strengthened Quality Aged Care Standards and other legislation relevant to the role
- Excellent communication and people leadership skills
Qualifications and Experience (Desirable)
- Postgraduate qualification in leadership management or aged care
- Experience in workforce planning and operational management
