Work Schedule:

100% FTE 8am-5pm M-F Hours may vary with need. You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E STATE ST.

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening night and weekend shift differential

Overtime

On-call pay

Qualifications

Successful completion of a phlebotomy course and/or five years of phlebotomy experience. Required
Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required

Work Experience

Phlebotomy experience. Required
Supervisory experience. Preferred
Phlebotomy experience in a Clinic setting. Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

Phlebotomy Technician certification (PBT) or Certified Phlebotomy Technician certification (CPT). Required
