Job Summary

High-Level Customer Support Representative (Call Center)

Pay Rate:$17.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time Onsite Only
Location: Milwaukee WI

Schedule

  • Training and Work Hours: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
  • End time may extend until the last call-in queue is completed
  • No weekends

Position Overview

As a Customer Support Call Center Representative you will support client operations by handling a high volume of inbound calls related to payments trust funds and county services. This role requires strong attention to detail accurate documentation and the ability to manage multiple systems while delivering clear and professional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls related to support receipts and disbursements
  • Handle calls involving Trust Funds with progression into County Line inquiries
  • Manage high call volumes in a fast-paced environment while meeting quality standards
  • Utilize multiple computer systems simultaneously to document each interaction accurately
  • Respond to Wisconsin child support questions and complaints using established scripts and procedures
  • Gather required information research issues and resolve inquiries efficiently
  • Educate callers on available services and assess individual needs

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of call center experience 35 years strongly preferred
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Typing speed of 35 words per minute
    • Typing proficiency will be specifically assessed during screening
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check and fingerprinting
  • Eligibility to work in the United States

Preferred Experience

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a high-volume call center environment
